3. Waivers & Participant Responsibility

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All rentals, leagues, parties, and events are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, and refunds (if any) are determined at the time of booking. Failure to comply with payment or cancellation policies may result in forfeiture of deposits or fees. Skyline Pitch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
